Hannah Sandmeyer: Founder & CEO
Hannah’s career began with a commitment to global service, serving as an HIV/AIDS Peace Corps volunteer in rural Botswana. That experience ignited a lifelong dedication to purpose-driven work and empathetic leadership. She’s lived and studied in Copenhagen and Siena, bringing a global lens to nearly two decades in M&A sourcing, enterprise sales, and entrepreneurship. Hannah has led high-performing teams across public and private sectors, closing over $400M in revenue and building scalable, ethical growth strategies for mission-driven companies.
Based in Portland, OR, she lives with her young son, her partner Jessie, and their two dogs. Outside of work, she’s an avid cyclist, rower, and adventurer—most recently cycling from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok. Whether navigating a cross-border acquisition or Southeast Asian backroads, Hannah brings curiosity, courage, and a values-first mindset to everything she does.
Caitlin Corrigan: Director of Acquisitions
Caitlin’s career began with a drive to make a difference—working on cardiac care initiatives with the American Heart Association and launching a college fundraiser for the Invisible Children Foundation. That early commitment to purpose laid the groundwork for a decade of success in sales and M&A sourcing. She’s led high-value acquisition targeting, market analysis, and relationship-driven outreach, sourcing over $175M in closed deals—including the largest bedding acquisition for a top Amazon FBA acquirer. Whether partnering with clients or diving into complex categories, Caitlin brings sharp strategy, integrity, and a relentless focus on results.
A global explorer at heart, Caitlin has lived in Costa Rica, Croatia, Portugal, and Spain, deepening her cross-cultural fluency and adaptability. She’s equally passionate about long-distance running, boating, and holistic wellness. Originally from New Jersey, she’s lived in NYC, Boston, and Charlotte—and now calls Charleston, SC home, where she lives with her fiancé Dan and their two dogs, Chani and Rip. Caitlin embodies a life of thoughtful momentum—balancing her career in conscious capitalism with a joy for movement, growth, and purpose.
